Todo buenísimo pero el aire no funcionaba bien. Dormimos con calor. No pudimos abrir la ventana porque al frente del hotel hay una discoteca y se escucha la música hasta muy tarde en la noche.

For a 5 stars I would expect a different type of hotel. Location is awesome, safe area with lots of restaurants and bars around, nice ones. The hotel needs renovation. The room was not greatly noise isolated and AC (heating mode) did not work. But the worst part was that on the checkout day, I had to wake up early to go to the airport (4am) and there was no warm water in the shower. I reported that when checking out and no explanation was given. My assumption is that heating just was turned on later in the morning…
