Stay was okay. We had to check out one day early on a three night trip and hotel would not give us a refund for one night. We feel it is very bad customer service.
The Hampton Inn outside Unionville, PA, proved to be a good location from which to explore the area. The staff is ultra friendly. The facilities are dated but adequate and clean. There are some mass market restaurants around it, but unfortunately nothing more interesting. Overall my wife and I were quite satisfied.
The two ladies at check in were amazing! Very polite and courteous.
Breakfast furniture by window needs to be reviewed, arms of Chair are a dangerous choice, chair does not move, so if you miss judge cushion, you get hurt- like my wife.
The value received for the price paid at this place is huge. Itâs clean, comfortable, offers an indoor pool and gym with sauna, a free hot breakfast, and itâs close to anything youâd need during your stay. Highly recommended.
I enjoyed staying here. The front desk girl was extremely nice! And the bed was comfortable. I felt safe at this hotel. Other hotels near here, I did not feel safe. Will stay again!
The room is exactly as pictured, very clean and the bed seems comfortable. The staff has been friendly and helpful. The only con is that the ice machine outside the room is extremely noisy.
BEDBUGS!!! STAY AWAY!!
Not only was this disgusting, management would NOT return calls, or even attempt to make this right!! There are other hotels in the area, Do Not Stay Here!!
