We stay here frequently but this time was horrible unfortunately, our room was dirty and we found a shirt and eye gels from previous people who stayed there and popcorn kernels on the floor and the bathroom area was filthy! I would of complained to a manager but a 16 year old kid was not caring about anything!

The bathroom shower had hair covering the drain and soap caked in the wall-mounted soap dish. There were no drink glasses/cups for drinking water or the coffee machine. The tissue dispenser was empty, not even an empty box in the dispenser.

There was black mold all through the entire room. There were pubic hairs all over the bathroom. The room was very, very dirty, and the smell was horrendous. The bathroom was so dirty. We couldn’t shower in it.

Stayed here for 8 days with my wife to ski and snowboard at 7 springs, Hidden Valley and Laurel Mountain. Great location close to dining places and bars with live music, coffee shops, bakeries, ski rental places and a snowboard/ski shop within a few minutes drive. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again.

The room was cold upon arrival, but tge bathroom was freezing. While the too. Slowly warmed, the bath never did and the bathroom heater was completely non-functional. We called the desk and they originally offered another room, but shortly after someone came to the room to check it. They then offered a heater instead to stay in this room- so an electrical space heater was placed on the bathroom between 3 water sources- sink, toilet, shower. We decided ti forego showers (exvept our son ) and i pulled the heater out of the bath there was no possibilty of water getting on the heater. And the toilet would only flush occasionally. The red throw pillows on bed were covered in hair and dog fur, and even a stain that looked like a body fluid. The vending machine in lobby was broken. If we hadnt needed a pet-friendly motel with convenient outdoor access we would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. But we are never going back.

Pulled off turnpike because of unexpected snowstorm. luckily there were rooms for all of my crew. Parking was tough but we made it work. Weather got 10 below 0 and the owner let us hang out until we got our car unfrozen. Big thanks.
