Room did not match online pictures
Let's just say that, had I seen an actual picture of the room when booking, I would have selected another of the many hotels around that have rooms for the same price
I stayed in this hotel for one night on a long train trip. I was looking forward to a cozy room and a good shower, but I was very disappointed by my room. The hotel looked great, as in the picture, but my room did not match the pictures. It was small, and the bathroom was nothing like the ones advertised, with a tiny shower and the toilets almost in the shower. I added a picture of the bathroom so that you get a better idea of what you might be paying for.
I can understand that there may be different rooms, and I imagine that they are renovating rooms and have not done that one yet. But different rooms usually warrant different prices. The price, though, was as advertised.
The staff however was very nice. I explained my problem and unfortunately they had no other room to move me to.
