Don’t stay here

There were no linens for the pullout sofa that had that cockroaches all over it when they pulled it out there were weird like notices science all over the doors that were kind of threatening and intimidating about being thrown out if you violated any of these rules just intimidation there were no pool towels in the pool. You had to go get them from the desk and then return them as soon as you were done so you had to go back to your room with no towel.

Poor condition

The staff was nice but the hotel room itself was in poor condition. Only one of the four bed legs had an actual plastic wheel on it. The other three were only the frame that holds the wheels. The floor was dirty. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable. The breakfast was good but PACE. The Heating, crockpots were too small for the amount of people that were there over the weekend. They were about the size that I would use for a family of six or eight. They had several scouting troops there through the weekend and we were lucky to get the last little bit of scrambled eggs. The staff was kind but obviously not really in control of the situation. I would not recommend this hotel unless you just couldn’t find anything else.

Best stay

We booked here because it was close to the hospital. We are from Ohio and my daughter went into labor 4 weeks early. We checked in and ran to the hospital. She had the baby that next day. Everything we ask was "No problem ". We will definitely come back.

The beds were comfortable, but paint was peeling from the walls and the fan in the bathroom was squeaking. The hot tub was not hot. The phone in the room did not work, nor did the cable TV. They tried to fix it, but it never did work while we were there.

Room for improvement

The stay was average. Lots of repairs needing to be done. Bath door know broken, drywall above the window was damaged. Water spots in the ceiling. TV remotes were messed up, non funtional. Pool: Had teens belly flopping and my 12 y/o couldnt swim. Hot tub was foamy. Check in and check out the older lady was rude and angry. She was working on her day off. The girl that worked from 4 to midnight was fantastic. Very personable and accomodating. House keeping was working on rooms till at least 10, if not 11pm. Ive stayed here in the past and never had anything but great things to say.

It was a little outdated but overall clean and bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have more plug ins for my phone closer to the bed. The soap I used that they provided could have been better. It left an awful film on the tub and didn’t smell all that great. The room was extremely hot when I first arrived. Very hard to cool it down. I had to open the window. I’m very warm blooded. Unfortunately I left only after a few hours of checking in due to an emergency but what I experienced was comfortable and I would stay there again. It was affordable and close to the mall and food.
