I paid for the night at the Super8 Duncan, but we did not stay at the hotel. It would be a huge hassle to get my money back. Or is it? The hotel was disgusting. Filth on the floors and stairs, dried stuff on the floors. The room had a stagnant air. I was not feeling good about staying there. Had I seen the state of the hotel before check in, I would never have stepped foot inside. I returned in the morning to check out of the room (even though I did not stay there) to return the key fob.

Not worth the value

For the price , should have stayed at the other hotel for 15.00 more a night. It’s not even free breakfast , no hot food , bed are old spring beds , staff was excellent and awesome but won’t be staying again here. Needs major work

Unfriendly front desk staff, not accommodating, seemed bothered to have people to check in. Told me it’s “the law” to have a credit card for a room, but somehow I was able to stay at another Wyndham hotel the night before in the same province, which I would assume have the same laws with no credit card. And no public bathrooms in lobby, and front desk wouldn’t give me a room key to relieve myself until I was fully checked in which took almost 15 minutes to check in. The rooms were a standard room nothing special about them. But it was good for a sleep. Forgot rings in a room and Mark was able to retrieve them for me once I called, so very appreciative on him! Continental breakfast was very basic, yogurt and cereal. I like to book hotels with continental breakfast included to justify a price of a nightly stay, this was not justified for the breakfast offered. Wouldn’t stay again, not terrible just not worth it to me.

It's fine for the price.

The rooms are a little old. You can hear the alarm clock or chatter in the next room. It is hard to get a good sleep. The reception staff are amazing, have to stay regularly and its a pleasure to interact with them.

Tge place is dated but, the staff was amazing. There is a free munchie breakfast of bars, oatmeal, coffee and juice and cereal. The price was great and the location was ok for us. Our room was clean and has a microwave, mini fridge. It had a sink for dishes and came with bowls,plates and cutlery. We didn't need them but would be great for an extended stay. The staff was great, very nice and pleasant to work with. I needed extra pillows due to an injured shoulder and they upgraded our room so we had 2 beds and extra pillows. My biggest complaint is the rooms are loud. No sound proofing at all. We were put in the back on the ground floor as there are no elevators. We faced the back parking lot and i was so happy we were as the highway noise is loud. The rooms do smell musty but i think it was because of how himid everything is. Even in January, there is constant moisture. This was a great place to stay and we would definitely go back again.

Great hotel!

Great stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Duncan. The room was clean and inviting, staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was better than I had expected, and very affordable. Will definitely be back!
