Nice hotel, very well located for the train station. Two good restaurants and the staff there were very friendly. Room was a bit basic for the price paid, a coffee machine would have been nice rather than instant coffee sachets.
Another hotel that has moved to a self-check in process which is a real shame. Really disappointing, after having travelled all day, to be greeted by an IPad rather than a real person. It’s never any quicker or more convenient orfor the customer and just another way for the hotel to cut costs and service.
