Mold & Mildew Smell
We arrived early the nice gentman let us check in early at 2pm we went to go to the elevator it was Very run down.. No air condition in the elevator..go to our room the room doors where disgusting we walk in and get hit with an over welming smell of mold and mildew. The air conditioner was not working we call the front they send a guy he used a chair to stand on to turn the AC on he set it to 65 walk out. We left the room for it to cool down, went downtown came back at 4pm the room smelled the same. We both started coughing very badly. My husband is a veteran, and he immediately went into an Asthma attack. He suffers from the burn pits of Iraq we immediately made the decision that it would not be healthy for us to stay in this hotel anymore, went to the front desk explained everything to the front desk lady. She was extremely kind told me that I needed to call Expedia to get reimbursement that she would tell them the reason why we were leaving so we could get our money back at this time We are still waiting to get our money back from Expedia, because when they called the front desk to gerify nobody would answer the phone. The hotel is very run down needs to be remodeled extremely bad. Staff very friendly not there fault its so crappy

This hotel is in need of a complete renovation. The key card reader would not read the card to open the door, you have to repeatedly insert the card to make it work. Sometimes the door would not shut. The room was not cleaned properly. The air units are so high up on the wall that you cannot access the control panel (even standing on a chair). The refrigerator does not work in some rooms (Had to switch rooms). There was only 1 ice machine working. An alarm went off all day on another ice machine that was not working. Location was great for my trip. There was a good selection for breakfast. Waffles were good.

Scary loiterer, rm left open all nt by housekeepin
Our stay had some ups and downs but mostly downs. the lady at the front desk was very accommodating to us when we saw a huge hole in our wall. She switched us to another room and all was well. The beds were comfy and the room was perfect for my family of 4. We stayed here for a dance comp and when we came back our door to our room was open and the towels they laid out looked like they were thrown along with the toilet paper. They didn’t straighten up the room and it was 9-o-clock at night. There was multiple people there that were loitering the property, it was very scary for us but nothing was stolen. The free breakfast was very nice for both our girls. My oldest used the pool for tanning but never went in it because it wasn’t clean. Most people there were very kind but be careful for those that are trying to ask for money, my husband and my oldest encountered multiple. When my teenage daughter got up from tanning at the pool she had to call me to come walk her up to the room bc the same guy who had been loitering the property all night into the morning hours was still there walking around very awkwardly and was following her around and making it so she couldn’t get up the stairs. Only one ice maker worked and it was barely on last leg. Only one elevator worked and it was extremely scary so we never used it again after the first experience. We feared getting stuck. Wouldn’t stay here again due to the scary loiterers. The guy who was up all night walking appeared on drugs

Not worth the stress
This may actually be the grossest place I've ever been to in my life. It smelled awful. The first room wasn't ready, none of the lights worked and were on the floor? To their credit the front desk clerk was very nice and offered to change the lightbulbs but even he saw the room and offered to change it for us. The second room smelled just as bad. The floors were filthy. The furniture was covered in mildew and buckling from moisture. The lights were rusted and grimy. Our curtains were falling off the rack!
Good water pressure and responsive temp for showers. That's about it!

location is only saving grace
Stay away - stained bed covers - loose floor boards - old beat up furniture - missing light bulbs - could not control the heat/cooling - the place needs a gut job. Lobby looked fine and the place has so much potential being so close to Downtown. The bed i have to say was comfortable but stepped on it more then in it and in my clothes.

Rude Front Desk Attendant
The front desk attendant was very rude. I booked an accessible room and was placed in a room on the sixth floor with no elevator. When I mentioned this to the front desk attendant she cursed at me and told me she didn’t care about my disability. The next day my key stop working. The same front desk attendant snatched the key from me then told me to get the Explicit term on. I mentioned to the front desk attendant that I’d like to speak to her supervisor and the front desk attendant told me to get the explicit curse on.

They registered my truck wrong for 3 times. Now the parking charging me $115 because they missed registered 1 day. I worked in that area about a month and choose that hotel because is closest my work. Is it causing a lot of problems to me.
