More than 2 hours before my checkout time, the key stopped working. If I didn't have a second person I wouldn't have been able to get back in the room to get my stuff. That is ridiculous. No one told me that would happen. Someone should have let me know or the key should have worked until checkout. The person at the desk said this is normal for this hotel, which is stupid. I will not be coming back to this hotel again due to the miscommunication about how the key will shut off, and the lack of care the front desk person showed when I brought it up.

I understand this isn’t a 5 star hotel, so not expecting perfection-however, I do expect to be able to turn on the furnace and not feel like I’m getting a contact high. We were on the ground floor, the hallway and our room reeked like weed, whenever the furnace came on it got worse. There were people arguing in the hall before it even got light out. We were woken at 2 in the morning to the neighbors tv blaring and talking really loud. Overall, if you want to get a good nights sleep, probably not the place for you. If you want to pay $127 for a hard bed, staff that doesn’t talk to you, not even a good morning and have all your things smell like weed when you leave, this is ideal.

Clean, comfortable; near Leavenworth & KC
This was a fine hotel in a good location. It was convenient to many food and fuel options and near enough to Fort Leavenworth & Kansas City - the reasons we were in the area. The hotel is a bit dated with decor/furnishings, but the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was okay; however, the first morning I went to get food about 30 minutes before the end of service and the eggs were completely out. I'm not sure if they were refilled or just stayed out because it was almost time for service to be done. The biscuits & gravy were good. The breads, waffle maker, juices, coffee, etc. were fairly standard fare for a cheap hotel breakfast. I only interacted with staff once at check in, and he was friendly & helpful. Online checkout was convenient. And we enjoyed the lobby fireplace area when the family members we were visiting dropped us off but we all wanted to sit around and chat a little longer.

Terrible place!!
The room was okay. Someone went through my makeup bag and medication as well as my daughter’s overnight bag. After arriving home on Sunday afternoon, I woke up Monday to 4 random charges on my credit card besides the charge for my stay. When I called the person acted funny and said he had no idea what charges I was talking about. I had to call and cancel my card for fraudulent charges. 100% do not recommend this place!!

We always stay here! The price is reasonable. The hotel is cozy. Nice bed! The breakfast is not that great but we don’t usually eat there. The pool was great but a few of our family seem to have turned green. Thought it was from colored hair but my son in law doesn’t have color in his beard nor does my grandson have dye in his hair. The pool was warmer than the jacuzzi. Other than that it’s a great place! Very quiet and staff were friendly. I highly recommend it.

Would definitely stay here again
we enjoyed our stay, there are plenty of accommodations near the hotel, Quiet area even with the Interstate very close. Would definitely stay here again. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and the bed is comfortable. The only odd part of the room is the height of the toilet. They are really low to the floor and not much of a "bowl" The staff was very polite, the lobby was clean, and warm. The pool is cold and the hot tub is not all that hot but all in all, it met all of our needs

Hotel was decent. Front desk staff was amazing. However the hot tub was broken and we were there for a ski trip and really looking forward to relaxing after a day on the slope and found out that it was broke and the pool was super cold. So not able to enjoy
