Donât use this hotel if you have mobility issues
This is a practical basic hotel. Iâm traveling with my mother who is elderly and was unable to get a room on the main floor. The man behind the desk seemed un concerned that she would have to climb the flight of stairs as there is no elevator. Anyone who is traveling with a senior citizen or somebody who is unable to do stairs should skip this hotel. Obviously they donât care whether you can make it or not.
Range Country Lodging is a nice change from standard hotels. It has a unique lobby, timber frame entrance and wagon wheel tables, which help create a warm and welcoming feeling. The staff were also welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
The property and amenities were excellent, personal not so much. Went to check in after driving for 9 hours and the guy at the desk was a real ass. If I wasnât so tired I would have told him to shove it and kept on driving.
The morning person was very friendly and professional.
Nice property, well appointed rooms, breakfast was plentiful, coffee and cookies in lobby all the time- staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
The property has a fun and interesting Western theme, displaying the history of the town and the area. They had fun decorating, which I appreciated (I am old and enjoy history).
