Hotel was great, clean and comfortable room and great location.
However, really frustated with the service.
When we got in after 15 hours of travel, the lady at the front desk insisted heavily that the room we had booked (deluxe room, 28 m2) was too small to have the baby cots we had asked for when we made the booking.
She wanted us to pay for a very expensive upgrade for a bigger room.
We asked to see the room we had booked first, instead she took us to the upgraded room.
We asked again to see our room, she wasn't sure if she could show us one, as they were many bookings at the moment (during coronavirus, really?).
We said we didn't want the upgrade, she finally showed us a Deluxe Room - offering for a discount on the upgrade on the way... The Deluxe Room was definitely big enough to have the 2 baby cots, but they weren't there.
We said we would take it, but then she wanted us to come back once again to reception to sign a document... Come ON !
So basically check-in took one hour, we felt like they were trying to get more money from us by any means, and we had to wait for another half-hour to get the 2 baby cots that we had reserved and some extra towels.
Not what you expect after travelling for many hours.
Also, when we left, we asked to leave some bags for a few days and then wouldn't allow us to do so, even if we paid, unless we had a return date at the hotel.
Lastly, the hotel has shower rooms by the pool if you do a late check-out, but the water is cold.
