Very friendly staff, but seemed understaffed
The staff was very friendly, but they seemed under staffed. Our toilet had major issues and there was not a maintenance person there at the time. We had to plunge it ourselves. We were worried that it would overflow, so we made sure that none of our bags were left on the floor when we left the room. The interior was updated and looked nice, but baseboards needed to be cleaned. Again, staff was very nice, but needed more people to properly upkeep the property.

Nice and convenient
The place was very nice and I would stay there again. The only complaint I would have would be the breakfast. It wasn’t much of anything and they put out packages of instant oatmeal, but there was no hot water to make it. There wasn’t really much of a breakfast, but I slept well. It was a short day for us, but the bed was very comfortable. They must’ve been fully booked because it was almost impossible to find any parking. We did manage to find a spot in the back though and even there there weren’t many spots left.

Close to I-65 and Met Basic-Needs
Average hotel just south of city limits of Louisville, KY. The check in process was great. The staff was very clear about their deposit hold policy and it was also posted on a placard at the counter. The room was updated with new fixtures and paint. The bed was not terribly comfy for my liking, but it was perfectly acceptable for our two-night stay. Morning breakfast option was dismal. I'd much prefer hotels not offer a breakfast unless it is in line with what Drury or Holiday Inn provide. Setting out cold, stale, unpackaged pastries are not what I envision for a continental breakfast. The space was quiet and comfy and provided met our basic-need expectations.

room exhibited a lot of wear and tear. Worn carpet, squealing vent in bathroom, walls exhibited marring and scratches. Hallway carpet attached with staples. Breakfast did not have much if any protein items, and was very carbohydrate heavy. Business office area was unusable; First attempt there was no ink/toner for printer and second attempt I could not get keyboard to work. Moreover, staff was not willing to assist with the keyboard issue.
