Good and bad
First the deadbolt would pop-out every time you would open the door from the inside, spoke with front desk about it and they said it happens all the time. Second the air conditioner will go down to 68 degrees, that is fairly warm and uncomfortable sleeping temperature for myself, no one on the property can do anything to it even the maintenance man. Third I had to go down every morning and ask for new towels and wash clothes, that we’re supposed to be delivered to my room, but for some reason every night I had to go back down and ask for them again…Fourth the shower was very nice but the door doesn’t close all the way and it leaks water all over the bathroom floor

I was upset because after driving for 7 hours we were told that our room wasn’t ready when I was told it was. Then we went out for 2 hours to do some shopping to make time fly as we were waiting for our rooms and when we came back it still wasn’t ready. Then one of the rooms bathroom was having problems. The shower kept stopping while we were showering and the sink has yellow pebbles in it.

Very nice room with lots to do nearby. Manatee sanctuary was only a short walk from the hotel and we were even able to see a rocket launch! Breakfast was definitely worth it! I'd say the only bad thing was that the toilet faces the shower and there is no partition. But as long as you're comfortable with each other I guess it's fine. All around a great stay for the night before our cruise. They do offer a shuttle to the ports.

Very nice, new, spacious room. We got the room with two king beds and one sofa bed. I liked the split bathroom design. Shower pressure was very weak. Nicely furnished, furniture is high quality, west elm. Cleanliness could be improved. No free water was provided. Buffet breakfast was good.
