Great stay!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was surprisingly very tasty!! It felt comfortable considering we were traveling with a 7 month old for the first time. I’m glad we chose this hotel to accommodate us.

Not my best experience

The room I booked was not clean. It wasn't locked and there were towels on the floor and it looked like someone just crawled out of the bed they didn't have any more double rooms so we were given a king room with a pull out couch and was told we would be given a refund but next day said since I booked through hotel.com they could only give us points for a free stay which I still have not got. The room we were given the chain came off the toilet so we had to keep reaching in to pull the chain to flush the toilet. The pull out bed wasn't comfortable and the bed was to hard. I filled out the hotel survey and was emailed by the manager that he gave me points and still haven't seen those either

Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was great, the breakfast area was neat and tidy and the variety of food choices was fantastic! There was something for everyone. I appreciated the coffee, tea and hot chocolate setup in the lobby area that was available at any time of the day or night. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Friendliest Staff Around!

I've stayed at this hotel more than half a dozen times in the last six months and the last couple visits I've been warmly greeted by Shayla at the front desk! After a long drive, she says the perfect things to make me smile and feel so welcomed. She is definitely the right person to be the "face" of the hotel! The person managing the awesome breakfast in the morning also had such a welcoming personality. I failed to catch her name, but she made a point of talking to each guest (especially us solo guests!) and making sure they had everything they needed. We had a great conversation, making me feel at home. I'll continue staying here for sure!

This was a nice place to stay and the price was right. Had great reviews. Breakfast was better than most hotels and the coffee was fantastic! We wanted to stay here because it had a pool and hot tub, of course it was down for repairs! While I understand it’s winter and probably a good time to get those done but we had hope to relax by the pool. The receptionist said we could cancel and look for something else but chose to stay.
