It was not a good hotel. We were in Knoxville for a dressy event so we planned to iron our clothes there. They had no iron or ironing board in the room. Fortunately we brought a steamer. They didn't even have hangers so I ran to Dollar General and got some. I didn't ask about an iron at the front desk but I did ask about hangers. The reply was "Sorry, we don't have those."
The furniture was beat up with dents and dings everywhere. The walls weren't much better. The room wasn't filthy but could have been cleaner. There was a used Qtip on the air conditioner. Also the air conditioner had no markings on the dials so you had to guess to get it to do what you want. Also there was a musty smell.
The sheets were thin, worn and slightly stained in a spot. The towels were thin and unraveling. The bed runner had cigarette holes.
On the bright side, the fridge worked well, the bed was okay and breakfast was fine. Breakfast consisted of yogurt, honey buns, muffins, coffee, tea, cocoa and juices.
