A lot of these hotels don’t look like how look in the pictures, it was somewhat renovated and the breakfast bar was small for the hotel to be a suite. I really wanted the hotel for the hot tub but when we got there it was broke. Very disappointing.

Pool and hot tub were down and that was one MAJOR reason we booked here. They also did not give us the accessible rooms we booked and paid for or connected rooms we requested. No assistance from staff or even sympathy…Beds were not queen but full and hard as a rock. Very disappointed.

Needs remodel to be completed
The staff were all friendly and accomodating. The rooms need some work. It looks like they started to upgrade the bathroom and didn't finish. The walls in the bath and vanity area needed some patch work and painting. The room was oddly situated in that the wardrobe was at the end of the bed with enough room to open the door and that was it. On a previous stay the desk area was across from the wet bar area and was much more functional.

Properties such as this one that charge a premium for amenities like a spa and pool need to make sure they're available and maintained for their guests to use and enjoy when they get there. That's why I chose and booked this place, only to find out I could use neither. This is the second time this has happened to me at a Spring Hill Suites property - there won't be a third.

Worst experience ever stayed 3 hrs and left. No hot water pool was ice cold hot tub was ice cold jets didn’t work. Office staff rude. Rust in the tub. They complained because I asked for a few more towels. Insanity will never stay or book through you guys again.
