Great location. Friendly staff. Simple and fair accommodations. The continental breakfast was perfect for me. Good, strong coffee, too! Dog friendly, but no dog park atmosphere in the vacinity. My dog did not complain though! We went to Skinners Butte for an adventurous hike. Love this area, because it's close to everything you need to access in Eugene.

Wonderful stay
Had a wonderful stay at Campus Inn. Excellent location, across from Whole Foods and near the U of O campus. Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast as well; simple but just what I like in the morning - fresh bagels, yogurt and fruit. Excellent value for the money.

Sensible solo spot
I stayed one night. The gentleman at the front desk helped me to check in a little early which was appreciated. My dog was allowed to stay for an extra $20. Whole Foods is directly across the street and lots of things within walking distance. I love the central location & friendly service. This was perfect for what I needed. No frills but clean & comfortable & had everything I needed.

Mostly pretty good
The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. Some issues, though. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall from the weight of a towel. The drains in the shower and sink were slow so a shower ended with a few inches of water in a pool and brushing teeth was... well, unsatisfying. (Toothpaste and spit puddles aren't great) The location was really good with easy walking to downtown.

This is a very nice small hotel located conveniently to restaurants, grocery stores and bars. A lot of them within walking distance. The rooms were clean and check-in was a breeze. I would recommend and I plan on staying here again.

We were delighted by our stay at the Campus Inn. When we mentioned having to leave early (prior to the continental breakfast starting), we were offered a to go breakfast option. When we got back from our evening plans, it was waiting in our room for us. So very thoughtfully chosen and packed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It is nice to see a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Those seem more rare to find these days with accommodations. This will be our go to spot in Eugene!

Adequate. Solid location, appreciated the list of restaurants in the area, and they managed to fit the continental breakfast greatest hits in a very small area. Everything is clean enough but a little run down. I am a little annoyed about the "extra guest fee"--it's a room with two beds and there were two people in the room, what extra guest are you talking about??? Aside from that, it was okay value for the money.

Clean no frills room, but not worth the rate paid.
My room was clean, but a bit worn. Had to turn mini-fridge and a/c unit off due to noise. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Bed was incredibly firm, but not uncomfortable for one night. Breakfast was just bagels. Would consider staying here again, but not at the price (150+) I paid for it.
