We arrived on Monday night. Staff was nice but the property had not had hot water since Saturday. We checked out on Tuesday still no hot water. We booked with Expedia and the hotel would do NOTHING to comp us. This is what happens when you pre-pay and a hotel is unwilling to accommodate guests. No way to know when we booked. We had to check-in to find out. Pool was being repaired too. Poor management decision to not comp. Basically, you can go somewhere else and pay again but we don’t intend to do anything for you! Expedia called and the response was no compensation for no hot water, no notice and pre-paid (they will keep your money regardless of their circumstances)!
