Overall a decent hotel. Price was a bit more than I normally expect to pay for this level of hotel, but EAA Airventure was happening, so there was a bit of an increase for that I would imagine.
Itâs a hotel off the freeway in a relatively small town really meant for people traveling long distances to get a room for the night . My wife and I wanted to get away for the night just for something different. This hotel doesnât have any thing special going for it, but itâs not horrible. I would say itâs just average.
Had some significant issue with checking into the hotel based on the reservation sent from Hotels.com to this hotel, but Richard at the front desk was great and helped my work through the frustrating issue. It got to the point that he just got me a room and dealt with Hotels.com with his manager behind the scenes.
Shortly after getting settled into the room, he called to say that everything had been worked out and apologized for the inconvenience (which was not caused by him or the hotel). Thank you, Richard!
