Unfriendly Room

Parking lot had only one handicap space near the front door. Room not very the well laid out. No lights in kitchen area. Bed lights and desk light did not light up the room Vent fan in bathroom was very loud. Toilet float did not always work, and water would continue to run. Lining bathroom with grab bars does not make the room disability friendly. When I rented the room I was told it had a walk/roll in shower, it had a tub

Enchanted Fairies adventure

We had a wonderful time. We got there and they put us in an upgrade free of charge. The kids loved the pool sand the breakfast buffet was the best.

Highly Disappointed!

We were highly disappointed in this hotel. we found a cheese ball under the oven, right in front - easily found. There was a hair in the kitchen sink. The kitchen was poorly lite. The light over the stove did not work. The bedroom remote did not work. There was only one towel rack to dry bath towels. The bathroom fan was very loud and sucked all the warm out and allowed cold air in while taking a a shower. And to top it off - the TV did not include any stations on which to watch the Superbowl!. We will not be staying there again.

Sad Christmas

We have always loved to stay at this Residence Inn. However this time (over Christmas ) we were disappointed :- - No room service (bed done, cleaning, etc). - The flow control in the shower got stuck ("that sometimes happens") and the water could not be turned off completely. There was no Maintenance on that day and so we couldn't have any showers during our 2 day stay. I manipulated the temperature control to at least loose cold water and save the hot. - The booking ap should also state that there will be parking fee each day. - The $60 ($20 +$40) "deposit ", (refunded within a week) is more of an irritant than real security, as the credit card is on record ( relied on by other hotel chains).
