Booked with breakfast, knowing we wouldn't be there on first morning for breakfast because walking Bluff Knoll. When we checked in we told the Staff this before paying. They told me to speak to management for the first day breakfast refund. We paid. On checkout spoke to desk, no management on shift for 2 more days, Women at desk was very negative about helping sort the issue. And kept telling us what to do in the future, next time. She wasnt management and was having a power trip. I had to ask for an email, so we would sort it out with management. Breakfast is about $30 per person. $60.
If management are not in, What is your procedure when dealing with these kind of issues? Piss poor effort for $440 a night.
Also sort out your breakfast bar, it's the same at Double Tree in Perth. Where are we suppose to put the lids on the hot food? Get a member of your staff to line up and fill a plate, it's a bit 2 star.
