He was incredibly helpful with all the administrative work, making check-in a breeze, and even took the time to guide us personally to our room. Don’t book this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the worse experience of my life! Hotel is extremely outdated! The bed was so old it was as if you were laying on springs only and it had a huge dip in the middle of the bed! Sheets didn’t appear to be clean with stains all over the comforter! The carpet was dirty, visible dirt and dust bunnies everywhere! The room smelled of mold and I sneezed the entire night! Didn’t sleep in the bed, sat on the couch that I covered with towels! Went to take a shower and there was a roach in there! Remote control was covered with duct tape! Honestly don’t know how they are still in business! It won’t allow me to share the video! I didn’t take regular pictures!

We counted 8 roaches (some dead, others alive) before we couldn’t handle it anymore and decided to go talk to the worker upfront. The one good thing I will say is that he handled the situation quickly, getting us accommodations elsewhere at no extra charge. His customer service was great. The hotel itself was in a good location. Unfortunately the rooms were in pretty bad shape.

Never have I Ever

We haven’t stayed in a hotel this antiquated since the 90’s. It had dirty sticky carpet, scary mold on the ceiling and something that looked like old blood or coffee on the sheets. The water would not drain in the shower so we stood in about 4” of water during that time. Staff was nice and friendly though.

booked Cocoa Beach Suites because it was just 10 minutes away from Port Canaveral, which made it a convenient place to stay before our cruise. Overall, the hotel was average in appearance but suited our needs for a one-night stay. The biggest highlight of this hotel is its location—it’s excellent! There’s a Waffle House just a minute away, and plenty of shops and restaurants right across the street, making it easy to find food and other necessities. As for the room, it was a suite with a separate living space and bedroom, which was a nice touch. However, the amenities were somewhat lacking. There was a sink and a refrigerator, but no dishes or silverware, which would have been helpful. Some of the appliances were outdated, and there were minor maintenance issues, like rust on a lamp and some carpet stains. That said, these weren’t deal-breakers for me. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate—which is really all we needed for a short stay. While the hotel isn’t fancy, it’s a solid choice for a budget-friendly overnight stay, especially before a cruise. I would stay here again, and I’d even consider bringing my kids since the space is convenient. For the price and location, it’s definitely worth it. Plus, the staff was great, which made the experience even better.

Looks can be deceiving

This place looks better in the photos than in person. There was an odd smell throughout the hotel and our room had several large stains on the carpet and on the furniture. Staff was friendly, but I’d pass on this hotel if you have other options available.
