READ BEFORE STAY
To start off the front desk staff are extremely rude & unprofessional, probably the most unprofessional front desk staff I have ever experienced at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at..
upon checking in we had just came off a long cruise, therefore had a decent amount of luggage.. the luggage trolly had all 4 flat tires and was extremely difficult to push, the next thing is the entire 2nd floor reeked of cigarette smoke, once we got into our room & got situated i realized our window doesn’t lock so I attempted to call the front desk where I found out our room phone does not work, they came up and just drilled the window shut, they said they would move us to a new room if they couldn’t fix the window, since they drilled the window shut they considered that being fixed.
I pre paid for my hotel, when I arrived at the property they needed a credit card for the damage deposit. They charged me for the damage deposit twice and also charged my credit card for the entire stay again, I had 3 charges on my card from the property which the manager did refund me after I brought it up to them. Also the water pressure is horrendous, I needed to use a face cloth to get the soap off my body as the water had 0 pressure. Management said it was due to utilities maintenance that had taken place and they never came back to fix the issue
