Disappointing

Found condoms in the drawer upon arrival. Stains on the side of the bed that were gross. The TV has loose wires that make the TV go on and off at random. Yes we reported these issue and all we got was a lame "I'm sorry". Nothing else. The comforter had stains. The two brown roaches crawling on the wall this morning was just gross. I get people traveling with pets, but allowing them to pee at the front door and on peoples car tires made me mad. We have used this hotel since it opened. Will never stay there again.

Great shuttle to airport

Excellent stopover on our way out of DFW. Check in was quick and easy. We were able to park our car and get shuttle to and from airport. Hotel isn't fancy, but it's clean and well priced. We would stay here again.
