The room is nice and neat. Receptionist is wonderful. The location is excellent too and close to Whole Food, Trader's Joe, Denny's restaurant, Everyday Chinese restaurant.

I made a reservation at this hotel. But, due to my mistake, the reservation was not completed and I was unable to stay at this hotel. Seeing my distress, a female hotel staff kindly helped me find another hotel. Although I was unable to stay at this hotel, I can assure that the staff are very wonderful.

Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are very close. The bed was big and comfortable. But the floor needed vacuuming and the entire property needed more cleaning.

Every time I go to East Lansing I stay at the Clarion. It is perfectly located. Close to where my friend lives and campus and downtown are a couple of minutes away.
It’s clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and competent. I will continue to stay there when I’m in East Lansing.
