Room smelled of smoke, sink needed unblocked. Interior and rooms were outdated. The day staff at reception take a long time to even acknowledge you, and take a very long time bringing your car around. They didn't even label my car key with my room number and had it mixed up with another key!
The worst part of the experience was when checking out, they asked if I had used anything from the mini bar, which I replied I had not. After checking me out, they told me to not to leave until they checked my room, first I've ever come across this at any hotel. They tried to charge me for a can of Cola which they had seen in the bin. The can was from my Domino's order which they could see from the packaging, the can was also a different design from the one's in the mini bar which still had the original cans of Cola from checking in. Such audacity!
The breakfast is decent along with the evening/early morning staff. Location is very ideal. However, there are cheaper and better hotels in the area with much better service.
