At chrck in- asked for daily room cleaning. Called front desk about 7pm after being out all day since room service hadn't cleaned anything. Front desk offered express room service at 7:45pm to change bedding, get clean towels and take garbage out. About 8:15p clean towels were brought up by an employee who looked annoyed and asked where he should put the towels. Then asked me if garbage needed to be taken out. Once he took the garbage from bathroom and room, he just walked out. The bedding was never changed. At checkout the front desk did apologize for the mixup. Overall the stay was good, hotel is quiet, pretty & breakfast was delicious. The restaurant accommodated the service pet as well.
