Lovely hotel in the CBD within walking distance of the train station and numerous eateries. Staff was friendly and very responsive when we needed to check-in late. Room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The "little" touches of provided toiletries and tea/coffee was an added bonus.

Parking a huge inconvenience
Our room was quite comfortable and clean in the heart of the downtown business district, close to everything. The parking was very inconvenient without a drive-up in front, so we parked a block away and brought our suitcases to checkin. Access to the proper parking garage requires navigating a very narrow one way corkscrew and then very convoluted to get back to the hotel. We had to checkout before office hours and that was a nightmare because all of the doors were locked and it went on and on from there….

Parking is hooooooorrible!
Everything was perfect, except parking. Parking spot was hoooooorrible. We have to park at Novotal hotel. It was complicated to find the route to the Quest hotel. Parking road was super narrow. It was awful! Other than parking, Everythinf was super nice!
