Hôtel très vieux, les vitres et les rideaux ont besoin d’être nettoyés. Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner, juste des barres de céréales et des gâteaux sous blister à manger dans la chambre.

There is nobody there at the desk I had a Ringo bell to get service to the wrong side restaurant was not open three there was no iron in the room no laundry bag TV channels sucked the room the bedspread was stain had stains on it but other than that is okay

Place to hang a hat.
Cleanliness ok, leaky faucets and toilet. Luke warm water for shower. Listed pool was no available.

The place smelled bad. The pool was not available even though that was not noted during the booking. My key to the room wouldn’t work and the condescending front desk worker tried to explain that I “needed to use the key slowly”, like I had never used a hotel key before. The “secure” door to the parking lot lock did not work, so the door was propped open. Breakfast was a stale pack of Hostess donuts and Nature Valley bar. That was it. Never again.

We didn't stay. We pulled up. And the parking lot was dark, we walked into the hotel it had a very strong smell. We left and found a better place to stay.

Hotel needs remodeled and it would be exceptional.
The hotel really needs remodeled. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was by far the most comfortable bed we had slept in on our trip.

Don’t stay here
Light bulbs were burnt out or missing, the room wasn’t clean, and service was awful. There was no elevator. I was afraid to take a shower. There weren’t outlets to use for computer or phone charging. The lobby had a peculiar smell, and the pool was out of order.

In its' better days as a Days Inn, it was a decent place to stay. The Norwood Inn? Not so much. Arrived at 11 p.m. on a Friday night, and was told at check-in that the credit card terminal was not working. So, had to go to an ATM and get cash to pay, being charged service fees by both banks, which should have been knocked-off of the bill from the top. Went to shower in the morning - no shower curtain. The pool has been closed for a very long time. The parking lot is poorly-lit. Their Orbitz listing should not state "breakfast included" because it is an absolute joke - granola bars. The only saving grace was the rate. If you just need someplace to sleep, it is okay at best.

The gentleman at the desk was courteous and polite. There was only one pillow per bed (they did deliver a second pillow per bed upon request) no blanket on one of the beds. The toilet was dirty and took at least one minute to flush. I was scared that it would not go down. There was a hole in the bathtub floor and the paint was peeling in the bathroom. There was damage to one wall in the main room. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and clean. We were offered coffee and limited breakfast. This was an inexpensive room, so i suppose a clean comfortable bed is worth something.

Terrilble place, and left after first night, and can't get a hold of Expedia for a refund. Wouldn't recommend going to the hotel or going through expedia! Out$350 if they don't contact me bad customer service!

Cheapest around.... impossible to.get a good pressure for warm shower....too hot or too cold....v.small amount of shampoo....no table/chairs in the room...few TV ch. with no guide...if just in transit the cheaper you can find

Horrid AWFUL place
This place was AWFUL! garbage in drawers, puke stains on the floor. Cockroachs!!! Just an AWFUL gross place. There was NO BREAKFAST was only granola bars.
The fire escape window was screwed shut!

Stay away RUN AWAY! from this hotel and hotels.com
This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.The pictures that hotel.com uses in their advertisement is the farthest from the truth you can get. This hotel was the most run down building I have been in. Run down I may have been able to deal with since we were only staying from 10 pm - 9 am the next morning, but the tipping factor was how unbelievably dirty the room was. The floors were filthy and looked like they had not been vaccumed in I don't know how long. There were stains everywhere from god knows what kind of spills. Particles and large pieces of dirt all over the place, including dust bunny's and dirt in every corner. The microwave had food splatter on all surfaces. There was hair on the pillows. Tv did not turn on and light bulbs were missing from light fixtures. Walls were filthy and had deep gouges in the plaster. We tried to get some resolve from the front desk, and were told that this was their best room and there was nothing they could do. No room exchange or cleaning offered, we were told to unplug and replug the tv(didnt work) wouldn't even replace the missing light bulbs. We pushed and were again told that there was nothing he could do to help us in any way with any of the room issues. We ended up checking out 30 minutes after our arrival. When we had gotten nowhere with the hotel I reached out to hotels.com. Used the live chat and was strung along for 2 hours for nothing. They alleviated themself from any liability and took no responsibility.

I feel terrible for the staff. This place is a disaster. Ladies common bathroom had 3 broken toilets. The other toilets didn't have toilet paper. There was no paper towels in one dispenser and the other was crammed. Carpets to the rooms was stained and dirty. The room was NOTHING like the picture. Repurposed furnishings with previously drilled electronic access holes had been hobbled together. The wall lamp was hanging by the cord. HVAC unit was broken. All of this would have been fine but the upholstery on the chairs was gross gross and the smell... Thirty minutes in the room triggered a migraine. It was as if the room had been washed down in Odoban product. Even our tongues went numb from the chemical odor particulates floating in the air. We had to leave. Called it a loss and found a nice hotel to stay in. The staff has been left to care for a mess. The gentleman was apologetic and kind. Regardless, it was impossible to stay there.

What an experience with no hot water. Talked to front desk after checking about no hot water. They said they would get back to me after getting hold of maintenance. Waited over 20 minutes and finally called desk again. Told to turn water on for 10 to 15 minutes lever one way and if no hot water then repeat with lever other way. Water finally turned not even lukewarm, I then asked for different room and was told it wouldn’t make any difference. Certainly would never recommend this motel to anyone. Also led to believe there was breakfast, not true.

Horrible dirty place. Should not be listed.
The room was not acceptible. It was dirty and wreaked of smoke. Also, the soom had been cleaned with a very potent cleaner that was so strong that my wife had to change clothes to get rid of the smell after looking at the room. The security lock was boken off and the carpet was very dirty. According to the front desk this was the bst room. The pool was closed due to maintenance, and according to other reviews it has been closed for months. The entire place was virtually empty. We did not stay.. The staff was very friendly while attempting to help us.
