Run down, dirty, rude staff & unhealthy condition.
Housekeeping pounded on the door for 15 minutes awaking me. I informed the. I was leaving the room in 10 minutes, they informed me they would come back then. I gave them all my towels. I returned to my room later that day only to find no towels nor had housekeeping entered the room. I went to the front desk for towels and was further informed only housekeeping has access to towels & toiletries. Breakfast was basically non existent. It ran from 6:00 until 9:30- I arrived at the area at 9:31 and was informed breakfast was over even though I only wanted a yogurt from the small refrigerator. The attendant informed me in a nasty tone breakfast was over. I would not recommend this establishment.

Friendly staff disgusting room.
Literally had human waste in the shower. Cant make this up. Holes in the curtains covering the windows. Hotel was NOT clean. Cockroaches were definitely present however the Staff was friendly. You gey what you pay for. Cheap hotel is a cheap hotel but standards exist.

Check in process was no problem, but the room was infested with cockroaches. We left after about 30 min. in the room. We were told we would have to seek a refund through Hotels.com. There was no way to seek a refund on your website, but I did contact the hotel through your website. I am hoping to get a least a partial refund, as we had to find another hotel to stay that night.

I found several small bugs that seemed to climb up from behind the counter that would climb on the wall and onto the counter. One climbed on to my fresh orange on the counter and that was enough for me. The late night manager tried to help but I left to find another option.
