Front desk staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Accommodating and clean. Great for families, very close to cruise port. For people renting cars would be good to know car rental is steps away from front door. I could have turnned in our rental from orlando and used shuttle to port.

Great location. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Nice to have a kitchenette in the room. Has a couple of ev chargers. HAs a barbecue in the back for use, but finicky to start.

Disappointing
I did not have a pleasant stay. The room was not as described. On this site it showed I would have a two bedroom suite- one with a king bed and one with two queen beds. The second room only had one queen bed. The employee states he did not know why it would show that on the site because none of the two bedroom suites had a second room with two beds in it. The time I waited to check in to the room was over 30 minutes because there was only one person working and he was also making reservations over the phone as well as checking in people who had already made reservations.

Nice hotel and convenient. Bfast was nice also. The room was very clean suite/apt like. Plenty of room for a party of 4. A few downfalls, front desk was very busy with only one person. The rooms were a bit too dark not enough lighting and minimal wastebaskets, found two but had to search for them as if they intentionally hid them(less cleanup work). Overall, very nice hotel.
