ROOM 207 was expensive, too small. The room was dark w/ no ceiling light, a disconnected table lamp and too few outlets. One shade was up and one was down because one didn't work properly. Doors stuck both in room, and outside bathroom. Adding insult to injury, room door alarm kept going off. There was a small refrigerator with nothing welcoming in it. No phone to reach personnel...and we were 3 flights up with no elevator, and no one to help us UP the steep, narrow staircase with all our luggage. It felt like, be grateful, because you are in Nantucket. Also in the am ONLY coffee was offered...3 flights down on the first floor. No value here.
