The morning breakfast- the hot water for making tea was not hot, it was lukewarm, and the decaf coffee was empty. There is no coffee maker in the room- but coffee packets were there.

Disappointing stay, no lights
We did not have a good experience. The room was just ok and semi-clean. We had no lights working in the living room and a TV whichh didn't work in the bedroom. We complained to the front desk but because we booked through expedia, there was nothing the manager could do she said. Disappointing.

Okay if you want cheap hotel
There was hairs on the bedding before we even sat on the bed. Dust clumps on the floor when we walked in. There was people partying and yelling down the hall. Puke by the elevator in the morning. I told the desk staff at 5:30 and it was still there at 8 am when we left. I cancelled next night there and went to another hotel.

Mostly good
It really was a nice stay. Room was clean. Just a couple odd things. I think the refrigerator in the room maybe had a compressor issue. It just ran & ran - a very weird sound like Darth Vader breathing - lol. It didn't keep me awake but strange. Another thing I noticed was there were hangers above the bed but no picture - very empty big wall. Other than no forks at breakfast - really, none?! Made do w/ spoons. Just a couple things to work on.

Clean
I did a review a couple of weeks ago, and i think gave 3 stars. The rooms are clean. As i said in the previous review, the furniture is a bit beat up, and the pillows are in need of replacing. We brought our own pillows this time. Because the rooms are clean and we have had no issues with the service, I would recommend.

Well-Worn Room
Clean room, but very dinged up--furniture heavily scratched, upholstery was stained, walls/trim damadeged. The pillows were terrible--very worn out, like standard size pillows were stuffed into small, half-sized pillowcases to make them look better. They didn't look good, and were not pleasant to sleep on. I'm not sure if all of rooms are like this or if they just give the worst rooms to Hotels.com customers. Overall, staff were pleasant and helpful, and the place was clean.
