The hotel has lovely clean rooms, BUT:
biggest problem is the lack of service
- poor service quality, personnel is not trained, long waiting lines for the cocktail bar, equipements and incredients missing, long waiting times (somedays over an hour for a drink and a sandwich), personel forgets commands very often / there is no pool bar
- out of 5 restaurants only the buffet restaurant with a small and very expensive à la carte and a pizzeria open
- pizza is delicious but the service is awful, long waiting times and lacking of dishes on the menu over two weeks (f.e. Burrata - the traditional italian mozzarella is missing)
- poor service at the à la carte restaurants even if we payed 180 euros for 2 people; people are leaving after 1 hour without even having commanded
- breakfast is good quality but the service often did not fill the missing plates and there is no changement of dishes
- the pool is lovely and clean and large !!
- there is NO acces to the sea, because the hotel did not maintain the acces, its only cliffs and concrete, also waste is laying around
- the sun deck is closed
- music is playing everywhere and everytime non stop!
- beside a nice fitness room an d tennis courts there are no other activities such as pingpong or volleyball (closed) or billiard
- contrary to what we were told, we did not see any live music at the bar
- room service worked but it was complicated to order and they forget to retacke the plates
- massage was pretty good
