We still had a good stay, but we got to the hotel at about 10pm and our room was hard to find. The person who checked us in did not give instructions, we ended up going back a second time, but he was away from the desk. We found him when we were heading back to the elevator, and he gave a bit better guidance, but it was still a little hard to find. The door to the women's changeroom for the hot tub was completely falling apart and in general, there was a real lack of towels. Not a single clean towel in the changerooms for the hot tub, as well as we only had two towels for the four of us in our hotel room. The room itself was clean and beautiful. In general a lovely stay.

The hotel was good for our ski holiday. The property is a bit of a walk from the majority of restaurants, so we did have a 15-20 minute walk or so each night for dinner. We could've shuttled, but didn't mind the walk. Parking was free and easy under the hotel. The hot tub was large and nice after a ski day. The shuttles to the local ski areas stop right out front. They are convenient and reliable. The rooms were ok. There wasn't much room for a family and all of the luggage and gear that comes with a ski trip. Our room was basically 2 beds and just room enough to walk around them. This isn't meant to bash the hotel, just to make travelers aware that space is a bit cramped. We got along ok once we got used to it.

Beautiful hotel and friendly enough service - however our shower curtain appeared to have some questionable mystery stains upon arrival. Rooms were smaller than anticipated and did not offer much for temperature control so we found it very hot to sleep. Spa was gorgeous and comfortable however there were no towels in the women’s change room and us, and many others, were left asking the men for towels from their change room. The towels were not refilled in the entire hour and a half we were in the spa. There was damage on our rooms ceiling, and we overheard other guests commenting about damage in their rooms as well. We likely would not come back to this particular hotel due to these reasons.
