The first room that I was put in had no cords to open the blinds and it was a dark and dingy room on the first floor -- felt like a basement. They moved me to another room which had the buildings huge cooling unit right outside the window which was impossibly loud! As a person who travels with their pet and pays the pet fee -- I find it frustrating that hotels gives us pet stayers the worst rooms in the building even though we pay more and are always over respectful of being good guests with our pets.

All was good with the stay. Staff accommodated our request for a room on the east side of the building to reduce the 24/7 racket of heavy traffic on adjacent I-25. Breakfast was decent with steady supply of biscuits and gravy, which should be considered as a bonus in this lodging category.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was small and the door couldn't be opened all the way making it difficult to use the mirror without being closed inside. The shower got warm but not hot which made for a decent shower. The room was adjoining and we could hear the neighbors talking at times. Didn't bother us but might bother others.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in Denver. It is nicely kept up and decorated, and the hot breakfast has some good variety. We arrived at 2:30am and were greeted pleasantly by the night clerk. When we checked out 2 days later, the day clerk was just as pleasant. The price was very good for the quality of the hotel.

Great place to stay. Bed was comfy, and it had large pilows. The breakfast was great!! They had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, tater tots, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, cereal and yogurt. Front desk gal was very friendly. Will stay again next time I go to Denver.

This hotel is in the flight path of a local airport. So if you don't mind airplane noise, this is an otherwise decent hotel. However, for some reason, the hotel couldn't provide enough face towels. There was also a big problem with doors on the same hallway (of adjacent rooms and further down) slamming shut; the slamming noise was so loud that your entire room would shake; if you were lying in bed, it felt like you were in a 6.8 magnitude earthquake. They need to put some sort of mechanism on the doors to prevent this. Despite these setbacks, it's an otherwise sufficient hotel. Of course, the property can't control the airplane noise. Still, because of the flight path airplane noise, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Everything was great except for the fact that our neighbors were legitimately having a rave in their room ALL night...literally playing techno music all night long and laughing like they were seriously on drugs. We called the front desk numerous times. We heard them go to their room, but it never seemed to help and they never stopped. I know for a fact that we were not the only ones who complained, so in my opinion, they should have just asked them to leave, or called thebpolice for disturbing the peace. Other than that, it was nice. But this is our second time staying here and both times there were major noise disturbances. Slightly disappointing.
