Met our basic needs.

It met our standard needs. Needs some updates- no usb plugs, the AC unit was terribly loud, and towels were worn out. The unit was very clean and breakfast was good.

It was fine for one night.

After reading the reviews which were marginal but having a pet fee that was affordable I booked a night. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and although it was carpeted it appeared new and unstained. the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical , although it wasn't all carbs. Scrambled eggs and really thin gravy. But I didn't stay the night in a midrange hotel to expect a 5 star breakfast! It met my needs perfectly.

5 Stars, best service yet

Our stay was excellent. The check-in host was most helpful in getting us checked in. Our expectations were exceeded, main floor room and just off the breakfast dining/reception area. Best location we've ever had.

4/10 Fair

Front desk gave us a dirty room. We had to change to another room. We are staying for 1 night, and house cleaning woke us up at 8:30am to clean our room which we told them to come back later. Feels like they are trying to kick us out.

I got a good nights sleep, the staff was pleasant, not the greatest amenities but all I wanted or needed was a place to sleep and for that it was as good as any.

Nice hotel, but not perfect.

It's a very nice hotel, but not perfect. There were some construction people staying there who wore muddy boots and the mud was everywhere - in the lobby, hallways, and the elevator. Also, little stuff like the front desk area needed paint, some carpets were ripped, and the mattress was stained. Overall, though, for the money, it was very good.

All the staff I interacted with were fantastic - both in person and via phone calls. I learned a lot on this trip moving my daughter cross country with her pets. Not all "pet friendly" properties mean they accept cats. This one did, and all were incredibly nice and helpful! Great breakfast, too!

2/10 Poor

Rude staff. Disgusting. Poop on bathroom wall. Will never stay here again.

2/10 Poor

I’m a disabled veteran in a wheelchair. We were told by a staff member that we would have a roll in shower. There was not. We did receive a bench. Upon arrival of our 2nd stay. Nick the night time staff member made mention to me. That there was blood on the sheets from our first stay. As a woman. I have no control of when this happens. He tried to say it must have been my service dog. There was poop on the bathroom wall when we stayed here the first time. We are in the same room again and it was still there. I made Nick come clean the wall post his complaint about my having an accidental bleeding on the sheets. A completely inappropriate thing to embarrass me about. Maybe they should use better cleaning practices. Blood comes out of sheets with bleach.

6/10 Good

The door lock did not work properly to get into our room. Thought it was the card at first but after having the front desk cycle the card 6 or 7 times over the couple days we were there. We realized it was the door lock itself not working. Also saw stains and snail trails on the bench seat below the window when we first got there. The elevator was sketchy and the breakfast was cheap and bland. Same thing every morning. The outside looks nice but the inside definitely needs some work.
