Entire hotel smells like Indian food. Beds are extremely hard the floor would have been more comfortable to sleep on the pillows are overly stuffed and extremely firm heater doesnât work very well had to turn it up to 80 just to get warmish. Very few breakfast options 2 packs of oatmeal and toast
Our stay was good until we came back from an all day outing and had no service in the roomâŠbed not made, wet towels in the corner of the bathroom, etc. We were told that they only do room service every three days and that there was a small notice at the top of the mirror stating this. It seems like they could empty the trash and switch out the towels at the very least. Then there was the matter of a barking dog left in a room across the hall from us. The manager did try to reach the people who had left the dog alone in the room, but it was 20 or 30 minutes before they returned. Not at all the experience we expected for this Super 8.
The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable and blankets were thin and didnât keep us warm. It was ok for a one night stay but wouldnât want to stay for a longer period.
Place smelled like curry and sadness, breakfast choices were near non-existent with what I assume was weeks old waffle mix. Had to wait around 30 minutes for someone to even check me in. Room was clean enough.
We entered the hotel from the North side and that area was filthy with cigarette butts, trash and glass beer bottles. Our stay was good though. The gentleman that took our room payment and gave us our key was very friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable.
