Great price for a decent stay
Overall stay was decent. Check in process was a little confusing, as you had to drive to one location to check in, and then another to get access to the resort, then another to the actual house. The house itself was a little dated, stairs going down were rotted & loose, so definitely a safety issue and the overall cleanliness just felt off. We knew all this going on, and for the price, it was totally worth it with the amenities the place has to offer. We will definitely be back, just maybe another location.

Great stay! Great resort! Yes the condo is older but everything was clean and in great condition. Kitchen had utensils and things for preparing food. Appliances were also newer. Washer and dryer too to do laundry before we went home!

Beautiful, spacious townhome full furnished with appliances and utensils for making whatever you need. Safe bears and wild turkey walk around freely and safely. We saw them a lot. A very peaceful place.

The location in the scenery the views were wonderful. There was a freshwater lake to float on and swim. There was boating and water tours a beach and gorgeous mountains to float around and look at all day if I chose there was Horseback Riding nearby if I wanted it, there was three restaurants available to me within a half a mile. Everyone was very accommodating very communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The linens were very soft as always. I hate to leave. I’ve been coming here for 20 years and loved every minute of it and I’ll be back next year for sure.

Our Beary memorable Lake Lure Visit
Absolutely the best location we have ever stayed. The Townhouse was situated in an area loaded with so many activities and amenities we could not experience them all. The Fireworks show over the Lake was one of the Best we have seen. The townhouse was well maintained, clean and equipped with everything needed. We actually saw Black Bear every morning while having our morning coffee on the Balcony. We stayed in Unit 93 and I recommend this unit.

This place is nasty! With sanitized wraps around the toilets, you lift the seat and there is fecal matter all under the seat and on the bowl. There were pee stains on the top of the seat!! There was a bag of trash left in front of our condo from the previous people that was there the entire time! I called the front office and told them everything that was gross and wrong and they told me they could/would not do anything until the next day and that I had to DEAL WITH IT UNTIL THEN!!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE! Otherwise be prepared to clean upon arrival!

The place is an older unit BUT it is extremely clean. We had plenty of space to stretch out. I loved how the bedrooms were separated from the living area. We spent a lot of time on the porch, which there are two of! It was so convenient to have a washer and dryer as well. I did not know we were able to use rumbling bald amenities, which was a huge plus! We will be back for sure!!!!

The place is clean, I was supplied with what we needed for our stay and kitchen is fully equipped, it’s a golf course, very pleasant, and it’s gated there is security lots of places to walk there is a waterfall near by I travel with family, my children went on walks early morning to the waterfall near by and chilled by the fireplace at night, has a chimney it’s very nice at night, works great, there is a small laundry area, there is 3 levels master is comfortable size and has its own bathroom. Overall was a great experience. It’s at the top of the mountain, and does have all the dining options and shops at the bottom. Groceries near by as well. Check out it’s at 10am, has balconies to seat and relax sip coffee, hot cocoa, lovely weather too, oh we even spotted a bear so yes! There are bears roaming the property, for us that was a plus.
