Good thing we were just passing through on our way to Vegas so only stayed here for a night. The beds are squeaky! Itâs a suite but thereâs really nothing in the room except for the beds, fridge & stove. When we booked thru Hotels.com, it says thereâs a deposit for a pet aside from the fee/night but upon check out they told us the deposit is for pet registration & non-refundable! The elevator & hallway smells bad!
The floors were filthy; I took my shoes off and I thought I walked onto a sticky sand pit. I mopped the floor with one of the towels and took it down to the front desk and showed her. She offered to come and sweep the room, but I had just finished with mopping it. I asked for another towel, since I used the one to mop with (they charged me $4.00 at final checkout for the exchange of the towel). The bed was very uncomfortable and when I took a shower the shower did not drain. Corporate contacted me and said they felt their employees handled the situation correctly. No apologies (who wants to have to mop a floor when they have already paid over a hundred dollars for the room)?
Bare bones hotel with lots of extra charges. Has refrigerator, 2 burners and microwave but you have to pay extra $20 for a plate, glass, bowl and cutlery and $25 for pans. They only give you 1 towel and 1 face cloth per person and you have to bring them down to exchange them for fresh ones. No Kleenex or paper towels. Room is very small, bed is almost pushed over to wall making it hard to get in. Provide 1 small bar of soap and 1 small shampoo. Beware of surprise internet charges. Only 1 device allowed and pop up to log in turns out to be a pay for charge of $6.99. Wonât give refund if you inadvertently select it. We visit the area about 3 times a year for 7 to 10 days each time but definitely wonât stay here again.
When checking in I got charged more than quoted on line.
When checking out, Paige was the most enjoyable person working at the time. She has a great heart and help me with lyft ride.
There is no insulation in the ceiling floors or walls or even around the outlets. There was so much noise we thought maybe there was a gym above us and we could hear everyone going to the elevator but the staff was very nice about it
