Never again.
Booked 2 consecutive stays- one for 2 nights, and an additional night after for a work trip. First booking had no issues upon check in. Second booking was denied because according to the front desk “they are not affiliated with hotels.com” and refused help and ignored me unless unless I paid for the room again- even though I provided the confirmation and showed proof of the reservation. Front desk staff was absolutely rude and wouldn’t even acknowledge me after I asked repeatedly to have them look in the system at the previous stay that I checked out from this morning.

Price was lower than most hotels in the area. Breakfast was pretty limited, waffles with too-thin batter, and no plates. Pool looked good but I didn't use it. The workout room didn't have any equipment in it.

The young woman at the front desk was awesome, very helpful. Nice, very comfortable room. The hot tub wasn't working so that was a bummer. Casino is just a mile away. Nice light breakfast. Overall a great experience, we will definitely come back

Eh it’s a nice room.
Checking in was great. The room was nice and clean. The evening however upon our return for the night we asked about the pool at 8 pm and was told the pool was broken. Strange there was people when we checked in and when we checked out. The “ Continental” breakfast included a hot waffle iron, some danish’s and cereal. The coffee was warm at best. Overall not a bad place to crash for a night but the “ amenities” are a joke. The evening staff definitely not friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were super friendly and the hotel was sparkling clean. When we got to our room it was nice and cool, unlike some places where the room is super hot until the air conditioning catches up. This is an older hotel and does need some work here and there.

Ok stay
The hotel room was clean and looked a bit updated. Pool was nice. There was no workout room but could have been updating that. We were stuck next to a maintenance room that had a beeping noise all night long so sleep wasn't great and was too tired to move with kids. Breakfast didn't have much for options.

2/10 Poor

The property is very old. The pictures on the website are not accurate of the current property. The outside smells strongly of urine and there are homeless people in the area. The couch in the room was ripped and the carpet had stains. My son saw a roach on the couch. We decided not to stay in this hotel.

Stay Away!!!
Pre paid and the photos looked nice. Arrived to find it under construction and the indoor pool completely being demolished. I canceled at the desk and the manager left and put me in the not capable hands of middle eastern guy who either couldn’t speak English or just elected to ignore me. I wanted Jotels.com to verify that my prepaid reservation was cancelled and I’d get a refund back, so they called the desk clerk who couldn’t comprehend what was being asked of him. He told ti “call back after 5am when the manager is here.” I had the manager’s cell phone number (she expected this would be a problem) and drove back to the hotel o talk to Hotel.com and confirm my cancellation. Thank goodness for her—Marvel, the desk clerk, was just a waste of carbon atoms .
