Disappointing for a 5 star hotel
Location is great and rooms are super comfortable. A few issues for us, super loud music at 4am from another room, despite a call to concierge took them over 1.5 hours to get the musics turned down. Also, nobody to help with luggage when you arrive - which is awkward if you have multiple cases. Not the usual 5 star clientele, a lot of riff raff and drunks.

Great luxury stay
When we arrived at 3pm to check in the reception was very busy however the lines moved quickly and we were offered welcome drinks whilst waiting in line. We also had a Polaroid photo taken which was a nice keepsake of our stay. When we checked in we were given a room upgrade for our Valentine’s Day stay. This gave us harbour views and prime spot to view the 9pm Darling Harbour fireworks. The staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. The room was great with a giant king size bed, awesome views and a cute round bathtub. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The decor of the room and the motel in general was quirky and modern. We had a giant soft shark on our bed! The mood lighting and electronic controlled curtains in the room were great additions. The motel is in a great location making it easy to access the sights and restaurants. This was a romantic weekend away initiated by hubby and we were both extremely satisfied with the choice of accommodation. Thank you

Our stay started with a bang, as we checked in on a Saturday we had front row seats to all Darling Harbour fireworks from our harbour facing room. It was a spectacular welcome to Sydney! The rooms are beautiful, the breakfasts are delicious and location is amazing! The staff are extremely helpful, our son was not well during our stay and the staff were so kind when we needed a doctor and to book additional rooms to give us more space. The location is brilliant as there is so much happening around the harbour and it’s so easy to get into Sydney’s CBD. Including the Darling Quarter, which I highly recommend to any families visiting the area! Our room was gorgeous and clean, I loved the bar and the additional shark cuddling toys we had. We spent a couple of afternoons in the hotel pools as well. Enjoying the view, along with poolside food and drinks. The gym is also very clean! Highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.
