Train passing
The hotel itself was great. But we woke up mid night by loud sound of a passing train. We found out the hotel is right beside the track. It took us an hour to get back to sleep but it wasn't over. Till morning there was a few other trains passing that makes it impossible to have good sleep. If you are going to that hotel ask for a room on there side of the building or not go at all.

I'm very loyal customer of this company hotels, I'm custom to travel because my work, and I used to stay in Hilton Hotels, but i traveled from my city that it is far away 8 hours to came to watch the boxing fight, and I booked my room with them. i just went straight directly to the boxing because it was late, but my room was already paid and booked. Around 5: 40pm the front desk lady called me to let me know that my reservation was cancelled and selled to another persona because I didn't arrive at 3:00pm to check in. This is unrespected full, and unprofessional, this is the first time it happens to me, you can check in after the required time whenever you want to arrive because you already paid for that room. after the boxing finished, I went to the hotel to talk with them because I didn't have place to stay for the night, and they told me that they sell the room already to another person. As consequence of that I had to drive 8 hours back home because I didnt have a place to sleep. They selled it because somebody else paid more for the room, and it was easy for them to say " I didnt check in at 3:00" what part of the polize of the hotel it say that? I dont recommend this Hotel to anybody, because if they did that to me, they do with any one no matter if they are traveling with children or no. thanks God I didnt brough my children with me this time.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, spacious and the breakfast was very good especially compared to other hotel chains. The only negative experience was the mandatory $45 valet fee. Service was good but overpriced.

Great Place Across from the Footprint Center
The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful. We had 2 rooms and wanted them close to each other, she was able to not only get us on an upper floor but right next to each other. Also, gave us a few suggestions for places within walking distance for dinner.

This was a modern hotel and across the street from Footprint center. We stayed one night for a suns game. The staff was great and rooms are good sized. The only issue was that you could hear the people above us from the moment we energetic the room. At 11:00pm we had to call the front desk to ask them to call upstairs to keep it down. At 4am I heard their baby crying. Absolutely no noise barrier. Unfortunately because of this I wouldn’t be able to stay here again. My sleep is too valuable. If your a heavy sleeper or noise is no big issue then I would definitely recommend.

When i booked the hotel through Hotels..com it looked like a great convenient place to stay, right across the footprinter center. But upon arrival i wasn't expecting the ONLY OPTION was valet parking! I would of never of booked this hotel if i had known this! This is a huge turn away point for me wherever i travel! Not only is it inconvenient to wait on a busy street for the valet to eventually come relief you from your vehicle (20 min wait at times, with no where to pull over) but it is also a pain in the butt when you simply left something in your car and you just need to run out to the car and grab it. When your on vacation the last thing you want is extra stress! Then the valet guys stands over you like a begger waiting for their tip! Hotels.com should of been upfront and honest about this... they also tacked on $45 per night just for parking!!! Who wants to book multiple nights and not to expect to pay extra fees when you weren't expecting to!? All it says on hotel.com website is parking available... you wouldn't think about valet! Not only that but they literally take your car and park it down a slum alleyway were birds like to hangout and crap all over your car!! We had to wash the car everyday ontop of that! Our room looked nice, but smelled horrible and the bathroom vent wasn't working at all! Their website states that this was a full kitchen, it is not a full kitchen! Needles to say, I will not be staying here again! Definitely look on other websites beforehand
