The Hampton Inn was very clean and neat with a wonderful variety at their breakfast option.
There was a problem when we checked in and 2 credit cards were charged instead of one. Monique was very professional and, hopefully one of the cards will be refunded.
Traveling for wedding. Rachel was phenomenal! She was able to get us checked in and in our room with efficiency and a smile. Room was clean and super roomy. We had a room with king bed. Room had fridge and microwave. A little dated but clean and comfortable.
All is fine but I do not underestimate hotel rooms now. Lighting is so sparse. Ridiculous. The bath has one light and it is not even over the sink and mirror.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility very clean. Breakfast area exceptionally clean. However, my main complaint was none of the ice machines worked in the building. NO ICE!!! Breakfast bar apples were old and there was nothing but whole milk available. No skim or low fat.
Weâve stay there before and the experience was better this time. The guy working the check in was extremely helpful and nice; you could tell he took pride in his job. He also was accommodating to get us in a room earlier than check, which was nice since we had been up for 30 hours. We will stay there again if we travel to that area.
The first room we were in had a broken AC that the employees knew about and warned us might not work with a view of dumpsters full of old mattresses. The second night was a lot better because the air was working. The employees especially Megan were awesome and tried to help as much as possible but overall the hotel was rubbish. Went outside a few times and the card access to get back in was âiffyâ at best on everything except the main door. Overall 1 out of 10 would not recommend.
