We enjoy a comfortable stay and had great service. Only drawback was someone above us dragging a chair across the floor a lot for some reason. It was loud on the hardwood floors.

Tulsa King

We stayed here because we watch Tulsa King and that is where they filmed. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to the Celebrity Suite, which is where Sylvester Stallone stayed. It was one of the coolest rooms we’ve ever stayed in! We didn’t even really plan on stopping in Tulsa on our drive from Colorado to Florida, but it was one of the highlights of our trip!

Beautiful historic hotel

The hotel is beautiful, especially the lobby is breathtaking. My room was spacious in very nice. The bed was super comfy. Valet service went very well. I got a $14 voucher but they didn't accept it at the rooftop bar, so I used it at The Mark for breakfast, which was not very good (microwaved muffin sandwich). All in all my stay was very enjoyable.

The Mayo is a cool looking hotel but not much more. The front desk fumbled thru our check in, the a/c in our room didn’t work, the toilet didn’t work, the shower knobs we’re messed up, valet was a nightmare, the rooftop bar was closed and we were referred to other hotels by the front desk.

Great stay!

Beautiful historic hotel. Suite was well designed and so comfortable! There weren’t easily accessible plugs on both sides of the bed which was annoying. The linens, pillows and mattress were amazing. Would have liked for them to have had tea bags available. Only offered 2 coffee Kcups with caffeine and 2 decaf.

Mayo the Best??

I was ready to experience the art deco opulence that is the Mayo. Hmmm, well, a couple of bumps on that road. The main ballroom on main level shown in all the PR pictures is unbelievable and amazing. Wish more thought and effort was put into the rest of the Mayo experience. Probably a bunch of nits, but here goes. Pushy valets urging me to use their valet service at $30 a day. I refused and easily found a public parking lot, AROUND THE CORNER, on South Boulder for $10 a day instead. The lighting in the room was curious. Why no lighting in the bedroom/TV viewing area?? I had to use my flashlight ap. to adjust the thermostat. The elevator was infuriating. Sometimes I was in the elevator for two minutes trying to get the damn card to take so I could get to my room (no stairs option to bypass the elevator, btw). And the biggest complaint, the construction zone adjacent to my room in the alley. Starting at 6:30 am to 5 pm. Loud concrete removal down chute, rumbling, truck noise, screeching and construction worker conversation. Not. Peaceful. That is all. Stay at the Campbell...

Wonderfully remodeled

This place is amazing. We went for a business trip but was also with family. One of our rooms had an issue because hotels.com shows a photo of a kitchen and lists “kitchen” in n what the room has and yet the king suite doesn’t have a kitchen. It had a butler kitchen with a mini fridge and tiny sink not a full kitchen. That was disappointing but two days later when a cancellation happened we got the mayo suite with the kitchen. Look at their website or call if you really need a kitchen to ensure you get it. The staff, room (no really it’s an apartment!), gym, rooftop bar, cafe etc were all wonderful. You will enjoy this place especially for the price. We travel a lot and this place is affordable. We parked on the street each night without problems. Book this spot and you will be happy!
