I arrived up at the property at 16:15 on my check-in day after completing the forms online. There was no way to access the property, the phone number did not work, I did not receive a reply to message through the booking portal or What'sApp.
Expedia was also was unable to contact the property while I sat outside for 2 hours.
This posed a major safety issue as I was traveling with medication that requires refrigeration. I ended up walking across the street and booking a room at an actual hotel.
Would never recommend this to anyone.
