It’s a great stylish and luxurious hotel. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and attentive to your needs. The breakfast buffet is one of the most delicious I have tried so full marks for that too. I have only good things to say about this hotel.

Pretty underwhelmed
This was an overnight in Seoul on our way back to the states. It was Christmas time so the lobby was super decked out! Unfortunately the Suite we reserved was anything but. It did have 2 rooms but minimal furniture and decorations. The bed was a Queen (not King) and furnishings looked about 30 or 40 years old. I think there is a newer wing that might be nicer.

Good location and staffs are kind. But, there are still some problems to be revised. For example, they do not have biz center so can not use it. Car park is too far and complicated. Bath has some problems like no Cold water, leakage so we changed room two times for a week.

When I called and complaint they told me that they turn the A/C off because it's not the season.... really??? I paid $400 a night with no a/c... The room smelled moldy.... will never go back.. This hotel is very old and just micky moused the remodeling... please stay away and look elesewhere.

I couldn’t sleep because of the horrible moldy smell in the room, so I called the front desk for change the room, but it was past midnight and no one answered the phone. Can this really happen in a hotel? The staff were generally friendly, but I can‘t understand how become a five stars hotel??? I don't want recommend for anyone.
