Mattresses were so bad. They had metal springs and painful to sleep on. Kitchen soap and paper towels, dish towel missing. Not enough toilet paper. Elevator was out of order. Fire alarm went off. Sofa so uncomfortable. Place has no hospitality service. Bath tub stained.
This visit has been very disappointing. Itâs been a huge turn over in a months time and the staff has gotten worse not better. Itâs still fairly new, so I hope they can turn it back around.
This was a great option for traveling with pets. Room set up was great, the kitchen area was nice and bed and pillows were very comfortable. The woman who worked the front desk was great, she was very accomodating and helped with late check in. She was out cleaning garbage from the property too, unfortunatly she did this guests were just disrespectiful. Guests also didnt pick up after their dogs despite a few free bag and waste sites around the property which again, shame on the lazy people. There was marijuana smells AM and PM but didnt smell in the room thank God. I think this place was also used for low income housing based on some observations.
I felt safe there with my 2 kids, my pet was safe, and I would stay here again, but just be mindful its not a 4 or 5 star hitel experience.
The facilities were overall very nice. A HUGE problem arose due to no staff being present after 8:00pm. While there was a stated policy of âquiet hoursâ beginning at 9:00pm, no one was present to enforce or monitor this. The large inner courtyard area turned into a gathering place for rude guests. Shouting, laughing and drinking prevented sleep due to the windows and access looking over the courtyard. Noise continued until 2:00am. We will not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.
When we first checked in and went to go check the room. The trash in the Kitchen was never emptied and we told the lady at the front desk about it thinking ot would get taken care of, but when we returned to the room later on that night, it was still mot emptied. Other than the loud kids in the courtyard, it was a nice stay.
I liked the concept of StayApt, but I didnât like the cleaning part. For the money thatâs spent clean linen should be provided daily and the rooms should be cleaned at least once or twice depending on the length of your stay. This was my first time staying at this type of property, but I think that if this type of concept is going to be successful think about how you can enhance your business model to make it more inviting to those that book your properties.
The stay was cozy. Everything was updated. I give the property a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The communication and instructions were great. The office staff was helpful, professional, and polite. The lighting in the room is a little tricky, so I advise you to ask about how to turn them on when you check-in. If I take another trip to the Charlotte area this will be my go-to stay.
