Over 50 minutes from ordering to getting my eggs benedict, despite chasing twice. That’s too slow particularly for a weekday morning. Early warning and suggestion of faster alternatives would have been appreciated.

Looks worn out and sad. Very noisy, everything creaked and groaned. Could hear people above and both sides. When someone had a shower sounded like they were in the room with you magnified 10 times. Someone had tv/ radio on from the time I arrived until 11.30 pm, very irritating. Bed very comfortable. For a single room bathroom was a decent size. Breakfast, continental, was really good. Staff polite and very helpful.
