Our stay was nap thing but a disappointment. We had to call to get the code and unit number and even while I was there I till got nothing for my check in. When we walk into the room the smell of mildew was overwhelming, we had to open the sliding door, which had to have the screen door removed to even get to the broken sliding door that we could barely slide open. We found that we didn’t have enough towels for the 5 of us (1 bath towel hanging at the time) only to find the 4 towels still unwashed in the washing machine Pile of dirty rugs. The king bed wasn’t made all the way., went to fix it only to find the sheets didn’t fit right and while we slept they kept slipping off. There was mold on plastic shower curtain in the king room, which was missing hangers allowing water to get in the floor. The floors weren’t swept or vacuumed, there were cobweb’s throughout the unit, the tv remote didn’t work and the tv had bad signal and so did the Wi-Fi . Most of the other doors didn’t function properly and the AC was so dirty that it barely worked (covered in dust and filth) the only part of the stay was a full disappointment was the pool and the guy at front desk at arrival (seemed to be a maintenance guy) who was really pleasant and helpful.
